Who can participate?
You may participate in the study if :
- Age between 18 and 64 years old
- Have access to a telephone (day or evening)
- Must register in the study as soon as possible following treatment initiation (before 6 months)
- Diagnosis of depression or generalized anxiety

What does your participation consist of?
Step 1: Registration by phone.
Step 2: A nurse will contact you by phone to ask you questions about your treatment experience and any symptoms that you may be experiencing.
Step 3: You will be assigned by chance, to one of the following groups:
- Three (3) other phone interviews with the nurse
- One (1) other phone interview with the nurse
